Metal Cladding

Metal roofing systems are applicated with a high level of insulation performance, long lasting, functional and aesthetic solutions. These systems are standing seam, trapezoidal and sandwich panels. The type of the systems is determined by the architecture, function and the need of insulation.

Metal standing seam systems can be composed of different metals; painted galvanised steel, painted aluminium, titanium-zinc, copper, etc. Beyond the customer demand, architecture and local conditions effects the selection of metal type.

Cladding metal’s paint has a long-lasting durability obtained from coil-coating painting systems that has polyester, PvdF and plastisol choices. Standing seam systems that produced from titanium-zinc alloy coils have at least 100-120 years durability and provide a rare texture and color effect in an aesthetic view.

Metal standing seam system has a perfect insulation performance because of the last layer has not screwed holes on it due to its assembly principle. In addition, it is easy to produce big length parts by the machine on site. Thermal insulation may easily be solved inside the layers.

Standing seam cladding systems are preferred for their insulation performances besides they an aesthetic appearance. The system can adopt all kinds of geometrical forms especially; radius formed roofs and complex detailed roofs.
Standing seam systems are recommended especially for the roofs that have long span from ridge to the eaves, curved and dome roofs.

Sandwich panel and trapezoidal sheet systems are cladded with appropriate correct details on industrial structures. These cladding materials are manufactured from pre-painted coils at required length using roll-form technology provide us quick assembly.
